We want you to know about Saint Luke's Episcopal Church – a welcoming and friendly community of Christians in Jackson, Tennessee who would like you to join us. 

We hope that you are encouraged by what you see on our website and will plan on joining us for Sunday worship. We are sure to be enriched by your presence. Saint Luke's is a historic parish and while we are proud of our roots and heritage we are also excited about the community we are now and the one we are becoming.

The Book of Common Prayer describes the mission of the Church in this way: "The mission of the Church is to restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ... The Church pursues its mission as it prays and worships, proclaims the Gospel, and promotes justice, peace, and love... The Church carries out its mission through the ministry of all its members." BCP 1979 p. 855

Our worship, our Christian education program, our Outreach projects and our many fellowship events help equip us for our mission and from that place of strength and encouragement we move to care for others outside our doors. Inviting new people into our parish family to share our hopes and their dreams is a pleasure and a delight.
